If I remember correctly they were using the bathtub to burn charcoal to stay warm and got carbon monoxide poisoning. It wasn’t drugs.

this was super bad of the cops to do this. they just assumed a bunch of things because the house was like a nasty and trashy but I think it's just because they're borderline homeless. they tried to keep themselves warm possibly by using charcoal which releases carbon monoxide & dioxide into the air when burned.

This case wasn’t drugs or alcohol. They tested the parents, they were clean. They tested the kids carbon monoxide levels, and found out they all basically suffered carbon monoxide poisoning, and that is what killed the little girl. Had no one called, they all likely would’ve died.
