This is so sad but after 30 years as an entrepreneur I’ve seen it a thousand times.. Business Financial Management is so important.. Always hire trusted professionals and an excellent Tax Attorney and accountant..

This is disheartening but I’m so glad that the new acquisition company will continue to honor the life of Uncle Nearest and- they’re black. I love it. Better to have the brand run honorably than for it to disappear entirely
