I’ve been doing 1mg once a week for a month, weight is still the same on the scale, but I think my body composition is changing slowly? Went to 1.5mg one week and felt extremely sick to my stomach if I overate or drank alcohol. Went back to 1mg at that point. Suggestions? 😭
