if you boil or freeze it, and soak in pickle juice for 15-30, toss it in seasoned flour, and shallow fry it, they taste like chickfila nuggets!! i season my flour with paprika, a little sugar, onion, garlic, and season all salt

I do this and add black salt so my tofu tastes like pickled eggs. I'm not proud of this, but it's who I am.

I love to do this, mash it up with some chickpea flour, bread them, and then fry/air fry for tofu nuggets 😁 if you're feeling extra indulgent, crushed potato chips make an even better coating!
