@theoverbecks: True story!!! If only he knew how many times I thought about quitting and getting off the stair master because my cramps were that bad. But instead I dug deep, bent over, held on to the handles for dear life and kept going as I have been every day for the last year and a half. The next time you see someone bent over or leaning on handles of the stair master, realize they have probably thought about quitting a hundred times. But they’re still going! You never know what people are going through, what pain they’re pushing through. Instead of judging them or telling them they’re cheating. Tell them great job!
