@terrencebakes: I’m trying to take the title of King of BBQ this summer with my family and with @Lotus The Sous Multi-Function Cooker with Tri-Ply Dutch Oven, I might be taking it! I made peach pulled pork BBQ sandwiches. Tender, juicy meat with pickled red onions and coleslaw on toasted buns. Perfect all summer long! Recipe below: 4 pounds of boneless pork shoulder Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste) Garlic powder (to taste) 2 large onions (chopped) 1 cup chicken broth ¾ cup peach jam Buns (toasted) Pickled red onions Coleslaw Season meat to taste and add to the cooker with the chopped onions and 3 tablespoons oil. Pour in the chicken broth and peach jam. Mix to combine. Set the cooker to manual and high. Let cook for 6 hours. Add pork to a bowl and using a fork, shred the meat. Remove liquid from the cooker and place pork back inside. Add sauce of your choice, stir to combine, and set the cooker to warm while you prepare the buns and enjoy!
