They can have concerns otherwise the wouldn’t be doing the duties… yet yet he explains what he’s doing an the see what he’s doing… yet the go to section 43 … which they have have no intel for them to use sections 43 .. using the section to find what .. things to do with the section used …what intelligence did they have for the search… section 44 was done away with for the abuse of this section… some police use section 43 hoping to find identification often when ask what are you looking for the go back to the section use to stop you without grounds.. just on feelings assumptions belief suspicion.. which is of the mind not evidence proof fact of a crime… yet doing a lawful activity.. which some police want to change the narrative to suit their agenda
