The fuze box’s fit under the front bumper by putting the wiring through the headlights holes and make a little bracket to hold it only wire u gotta longer is the negative battery lead

this took me over a year, did this one in a car port bro, scooter custom fab fuse box relocation, coolant bottle delete, thermostat with rad cap on it running to a overflow(eBay), ecu is tucked in the passenger guard(bent up factory mount bolted to an existing hole) , abs module relocated to under the passo headlight(loom extension and custom hardlines and factory bracket re worked to fit where the washer bottle used to be) custom cooler piping (no holes style), no AC, power steering delete pulley, battery in boot using VE commodore factory wiring and battery holder, and a astra pump soon to be installed somewhere

I’ve done only one my dude and made many mistakes 🤦‍♂️😂 first of all decide on all the holes you aren’t using and weld them bastards up. Any big holes you will need a steel insert. Usually any bigger than like 5mm. Also don’t do what I did and weld them all then try to grind back and prime afterwards cause I forgot 2 holes and had to go back and do it. So weld a hole, grind it back then move on. After your done your holes use etch primer first

Im a spraypainter by trade done a few bays and your on the right track. Strip as much out as possible, mark out everything you want to weld, weld, grind, fill and spot prime then sand the whole bay down. Remember you wont see much once the engine is refitted

What’s your colour code bro cause that looks like DN which is velocity blue, and saying that velocity blue ba falcons engine bays are basically bionic blue as velocity has flake in it and the cay doesn’t
