Please change the legislation. Even though the Road Traffic Act protects the more vulnerable users such as pedestrians and cyclists by penalising vehicle drivers. Such acts of inconsiderate & blatant disregard of safety by this cyclist is unreasonable & biased for the law to continue protecting.
