I heard this from a lecture by sheikh Albani Zaria since 2013-2014 when i was in SS3 I wrote it in a book and forgot about it until when i was writing a book and i decided to share the recipe in the book named “Kwaiseh Maryamah”. I trusted the recipe without trying it hence why i guarded it with all my being. I first used it in 2019-2020 just for trial sake and didn’t go back to it again. When i was pregnant with Ameen, I don’t know how o but i didn’t even remember that i have something like this to use and hospital saw me multiple times because of thrush After delivery i got my senses back 🤣 and i told myself I will use it in my next pregnancy and i was lucky Alhamdulillah Allah made me remember! From first trimester to 3rd, i didn’t experience any issue of infection and thanks to Allah for this recipe. I have been sharing this recipe in all my classes because i want every woman to know and use it. I know how it is to suffer thrush in pregnancy and i will not want this for anyone! I used it 3 times a month, i dont drink, just sitbath for 3 days and you are good. That’s for prevention, if you are already experiencing that, you can do it for seven days straight. This in the video can do 3-4 sitbath I love recipes that are simple to make but give beautiful results.
