Im gen x and we were taught the oija board is evil. My awakening had me open to listen to you ladies and when i tell u yall have helped me rediscover myself so very much. negative experiences, fragments parts of our soul and puts us in the mental plane. if enough parts leave the shadow fills them empty spaces. then we live in fear, addiction, suffering etc. we have to face each experience from our now timeline. see what belongs to us and doesnt etc look at the positive chakra colour meanings and then the negative sides they show each area we are at plue much more x
