Stephen Hakim, 26, was arrested after Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office investigators said DNA evidence linked him to the victim following a Hinge meetup in Delray Beach. The woman told detectives she made it clear before the date she did not want any pressure and later repeatedly told Hakim to stop. Hakim is charged with sexual battery, a second-degree felony. His attorney said he denies the allegations and expects to be exonerated.
