Me and my girlfriend watched the anime together and she’s very different for me. I thought it was very justified in that scene. She didn’t like it at all, but it was insane to see an anime that went with what everybody watching was thinking pretty much that completely blew my mind

what’s so great about the writing in this scene is that rudo and amo both learn valuable lessons about karma. like, rudo technically wasn’t wrong for holding amo accountable, but without enjin’s intervention, he would’ve kept wailing on her. that’s where the line was crossed. while amo, even with her absolutely tragic backstory, a tragic past doesn’t excuse present actions, it only explains them. amo even says that herself! 👏
