mind you: Wildfires are able to be prevented! I live in a nature persevere(park? whatever) and we take care of our SEVERAL MILLION ACRES of forest so we DON'T have forest fires. You clear our dead trees/overcrowding, clear any brush that's built up and hasnt been cleared by nature, avoid leaving crap all over that can ignite a fire, make sure you're careful with fireworks and fire, etc, etc. Come on! we even have a sign at the troopers that tell us how high the warning for forest fires are(low, mild, medium, and high. might be more but those are all the labels I've seen). my state invests tons of money into their forest fire prevention. maybe Canada should start doing that too if it's gonna affect us all

gang, these wildfires are natural and since canada is full of trees that are dependent on fires to germinate, the fire spreads VERY fast, we are trying our best to contain them without decimating our biodiversity
