honestly gang you gotta see what habits in daily life might keep the back of your hair in a tense state it could be causing the slower progression, and if nothing then it might be the opposite. personally I had this problem on the very top of my head and I had to do style that kept a certain amount of tension while moisturizing and shii like that, but hey im no professional or nun
