@murtazaviews: Proscribed Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) leader Umar Nazir Kashmiri has thanked Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, for sending British-Pakistani Overseas Pakistanis Foundation Chairman Syed Qamar Raza to hold negotiations and seek time over the ongoing dispute in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Umar Nazir Kashmiri said the dispatch of Syed Qamar Raza for talks was a positive step towards dialogue, adding that meaningful negotiations were the best way to address the concerns raised by the movement.
