Well if I was not near laptop then I could not preform the daily exorcism of the printer to cancel fax ques thank people being too lazy to scroll down to printer… the damn thing doesn’t even support fax

Anybody got entry level job recommendations? Been trying to get into the field for years at this point. Got a CompTIA a+ certificate that I’ve been told doesn’t really matter unfortunately

I’m in manufacturing so I don’t get the luxury of just sitting on my laptop all day but corporate IT, Compliance and SOC all think I have plenty of time to do their jobs for them.

if all you do is password resets and access yeah. but if you do any design, implementation, migration, or the like you are doing mentally taxing tasks and using critical thinking constantly.
