Concerning khidr and the death of the boy, he had the divine wisdom of the boy willingly doing great evils later in his life. Some may say that is predestination, however the boy (who technically had never done any wrong yet) was going to do these acts willingly. The boy still ends up in paradise because he still hasnt done anything wrong. (Sunan abi dawud 4403 and quran 2:286)

The Quran makes it explicitly clear that the child was un-alived because his parents were righteous and he would’ve been rebellious to them, Allah and mankind, so he was un-alived and Allah blessed them with a righteous child.
