Are you people actually a momo agent or you just created a group for momo agents? How will you know if the customer is holding the phone there or someone else is allowing the cash out? If it’s sent into the agent account directly then it’s understandable, but why should an agent answer for a cash out transaction? And you are proudly saying it’s an offense instead of explaining to the telcos how swift this customers can be

the best way is to protect the system to a certain distance so that the cash out can't work, because some customers they will not even tell you it's distance Cash out because they will just be pressing their phone after giving out the number and you will think the person is allowing the cash out
