Add a splash of Cheongha (Korean rice wine), bring it to a boil, and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Drain the water. Add fresh water, 1 whole onion, green onions, and whole garlic cloves. Bring it to a boil, then cover and simmer over medium-low heat for about 45 minutes. Remove the onion, green onions, and garlic, then shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season the broth with salt and pepper, add the shredded chicken to a bowl, and pour in that hot, comforting broth 🔥🔥 So warm, comforting, and satisfying!
