@premomapp: 🧐 Why doesn't a strong LH surge always mean a strong luteal phase? Because LH and progesterone measure two different moments. LH testing (afternoon urine) tells you ovulation is coming. PdG testing (first morning urine, starting about 5 days after a positive OPK) shows whether progesterone actually rose enough afterward to support the luteal phase.
