Europe really does seem to have a huge issue with its justice system. Some things that seem like it should be a bigger charge are a slap on the wrist and vice versa. There is no self defense either. Carrying a weapon is intent even if it’s for self defense. And they won’t prosecute mcgrosser because was the last time they had a celebrity this big?

If he knew anything about the difference between criminal and civil court he would know in cases like these you have to have pure evidence to press criminal charges which in most cases isn’t possible unless dna is found or their is a video recording of the scene
