Look at the league and the Allstars… the Dodgers organization has their hand in a lot of young players and who they are today. People hate the dodgers because it’s easier to hate the dodgers for their success than it is for them to hold their cheap, greedy ownership accountable for their failures.

The most overlooked aspect of what makes it work for the Dodgers is basically zero pressure from the fans. New York, Boston, and Philly fans will give a new guy a week if the team is winning before they start booing under performance. Trade the entire organization to one of those cities and a fourth of the players would crumble under the pressure.
