@Shamz:I had a panic attack on my way to the shopping mall. It was so scary thank god my dad was driving. I was Hyperventilating, sweating even on my back. tingly in the fingers on both hands. chest started closing. vision went black with swirls. couldnt control my body. immediately lied down on the back seat raised my legs and asked the kids to roll down the windows. I was so shocked when I got to my mom I started crying I didn't know what just happened..
