We were the better side before we scored. Soon as we scored 10 men in the box. terrible .. I would prefer to lose 3-1 but haven gone for it. Than sit back and lose 2-1. No difference to Southgate

He made a big mistake thinking we could do the same against Argentina that worked against Mexico. We took the lead frustrating them in midfield, keeping messi reletively quiet and countering. To then strip that all away and give messi the freedom to put balls into the box and invite pressure was a big mistake. I said in my group chat if they equalise in normal time the momentum will switch in their favour and we will struggle to hold on and that's exactly what happened

He bought on defenders because they were getting hammered. It would have been 7-1 to Argentina if he didn’t bring on defenders. The team crumbled and he had to do that move to save England from getting BATTERED… England have had relatively easy opponents up until now and they gave England problems. sorry I know the truth hurts… but these are facts!
