As a long time STP enthusiasts, I would not contact you, distracting you from your important mission of reviewing STPs, if I did not have a serious line of action for you and your team. My mam, a fellow STP life long lover, is opening her bakery business on the 21st August (if the STP God's allow.) As well as offering delightful treats, an STP (in all of its forms and golries) will be on display for the evening. She has already successfully created, and I will be so bold to say, the first 10/10 STP as well as extending her talents into a 'double decker STP with an STP ganache.' Be rest assured, this creation is no bastard of the STP, but a delightful love child. Very much looking forward to the foray into vegan STPs. Will be interesting to consider whether vegan ice cream remains your preferred accompaniment or whether vegan custard wins out - a separate mini battle!

My STP for review, ego. A solid 7.2/10 good sauce distribution throughout, rich and heavy on the dates. Slightly too stodgy but a very satisfying STP would recommend.

Fed by Plants in Gabriel's Wharf on the Southbank used to do an amazing vegan STP but I think they've changed their menu :(
