I’m no expert, but I lost 40kg and had homemade granola with Greek yogurt almost every morning. Portion control is everything. A calorie deficit is still a calorie deficit no matter what you eat, right? So how does a slice of healthy toast with avocado make you gain weight unless you’re overeating?
