I made this jellyfishes to hang up, you just need a plastic bowl from like a take out poke bowl, cover it in tissue paper, the frills are from dryer sheets colored with makeup pallet, the the tentacles are stretched out plastic (they take on this curl like pattern after stretching it out) then add some beads for more decorations
