Gwayne is possibly the morally best character in the show atp. Not to mention Daeron seems like a good kid whos getting manipulated. I dont mind Ormund being a villain, we dont have many heroes in the show but we also have no evil villains.

Bro it’s never even been black vs green because the showrunners never even attempt to paint team green as anything more than shallow conniving leaders beyond redemption. They’ve gone so far with painting Rhaenyra as the destined ruler that the show’s lost any concept of interpretation, nuanced morality

The main problem with this story is that it want us to be on team blacks side to much. Like they have the good family bond daemon is one of the worst character but they down play it. We have not seen dreamfyre once. And rhaenyra so far has only been a victame we don’t see any bad things she does or it is down played. I don’t think i have one good sibling talk from the hole team green.

i mean it makes sense for a very traditional family like the Hightowers who are all about the faith to feel this way towards Targaryens in general who think of themselves as above men in westeros
