When I was baby nursing student, we were in clinical and it was my turn to go to surgery! My instructor walks me down & they send me into a surgery that had already started without even preparing me for what I’m walking into. I open those OR doors and it’s a gentleman spread eagle, sac taped up and they’re working on his rectum.. anal fissure. Never knew this was a thing until that day & I’ll definitely never forget it now 😂

A fistula or a fissure? One requires surgery. Go to the doctor.

Dermaplast has lidocaine in it! They give it to women after childbirth for their lady parts! It works and numbs it!

I haven’t seen you in a while. Why does your face look different? Your mouth is moving different too. Not that it’s bad, just different.

Hydrocortisone cream baby. Cause it’s gonna start itching and you need to get ahead of that.

Yes I started having them when I was real young, my daughter had them even as a baby. Painful, but I have a bidet and that is a life changer

You gonna need to go see a GI dr & ask for nifedipine or nitroglycerin. Apply 3x daily. You need to get a sitz bath & Dr.Butlers epsom salt soak (yellow/blue bag). If you have issues with poppin, invest in MiraLAX (i take it every 3 days, but you’ll have to find what works for you) so you don’t have to push when you go. It takes a while to “heal” but they never really go away after you get it.
