Because they were propped up with shitty expansion rules and never had work their way from the ground up. And then the league went and changed those rules and Seattle didn’t get the same hookup. Let alone any other expansion team. And from that they were gifted a Cup.

Flower is honestly the funniest goalie I have ever seen. Him apologizing to the goal posts in both English and French was the greatest thing. I wanted to see him rock Binnington’s bell. Fleury always made me laugh

I honestly felt that they drafted very smart at the expansion draft. My problem with them was last season they sacked Cassidy with 8 games left in the season for tortarella and suddenly tortarella is getting the credit for taking them to the finals and also the fact the Carter Hart was their starter for the playoffs. Vegas is a good team, however Tortarella and Carter Hart did not deserve to be in the Cup Finals.
