I had it all through my first pregnancy all 8 months. I had to suffer thanks to the doctor I was using. My second an now 3rd pregnancy my doctor I’m using now told me to use b6 (50mgs) once in the morning and once at night. And with the night time one use unisom. Honestly I wasn’t told the mgs until a month after I had been using 100mgs lol. But the 100mg or (I should say 200mgs in my stupidity) I started to feel so much better. Then all I had to do was one 100mgs at night and then halfing it after a week and by 15 wks I didn’t need it anymore. I don’t know if it will help but it is just something that helped me.
