I’ve not had any problems. I have been running the beta on my old 15 Pro Max since the first dev beta. Downloaded the public beta on my 17 Pro Max. No issues.

I have been running betas on my main for 5 years now with no issues. Sure there are bugs, but nothing catastrophic.

Yeah ngl, I've used betas on every main phone I've owned for the last 5 years. Been on 27 beta 1 for a while and so far it works better than fully released IOS 26. Your phones will survive😎

Well, it’s somewhat late for me—I’ve already installed it on my primary device. That said, you probably shouldn’t place beta software on your main device, particularly developer versions. I don’t see much issue with the public beta, since it’s openly available. Just keep in mind that even reliable software can contain errors, even after full release.

biggest bug i’ve seen so far is sometimes my app logo goes funky but that’s not a problem doesn’t really bother me

Only issue I’ve seen on my daily 16 pro max is 1 or 2 apps don’t work properly. But other than that, it’s super smooth.

I had to turn off Siri off on mine. It was making the phone SOOO laggy.

My iPad and iPhone are still on 18. I don’t wanna upgrade but some apps are now starting to require it. 😅

I’ve been running since Dev beta 1, minus a few small glitches it’s been incredibly smooth. And the new Siri is incredibly good. Public Beta 1 has been flawless.
