I always tell clients that they should be shaking by the 4th rep of the 1st thigh…haha! And I will shake like a leaf the entire class when I take! By the setup of thigh 1 I’m shaking 😬😬😬

I always get so many “compliments” when I teach challenging combos. Definitely have had people say to me “I hate you right now” and then proceed to come to class the next day excited for class.
