There’s a reason in the mid 2000’s women were taught to call 911 if an unmarked car was pulling you over to verify and then relay to an officer you were going to a lit, safe space because women were getting pulled over by FAKE cop cars and then getting raped and murdered.

In Houston the area that Lozano was being chased at, you don’t pull over when you are being aggressively chased by unmarked vehicles because it’s NOT the best part of town.

They tell you all the time that if you were being followed by an unmarked car, you should call 911 and they will contact a local police to find out if indeed is a police car following you and you should pull over at the nearest exit/gas station. Pull over in public. All of that gone out the window now because if you don’t pull over they shoot you.
