In malagasy, we dont have the conjugation for you,we etc nor we have the verb to be… well kinda, you see you can consider Zaho, zareo as like me and them but can also be the verb to be like Im happy would be Faly aho which is happy me… and the « N » for us is the past tense, we only have three tenses Present, future and past, M or none is for present, H is for future and N for past… so a verb with an N is a past

interesting ! 😳 I thought that was unique to the Libyan dialect. We always add the sound "n" to the beginning of verbs in the present tense, and people from other Arabic-speaking countries often find that unusual ..We also have another feature: when we're speaking and want to turn a statement into a question tag we add an "u" sound at the end of the sentence. For example: شفت أحمدو "Did you see Ahmedu?"
