@elannamyers: Growing garlic this year means I finally got to make garlic scape pesto 😍 Ingredients: About 24 garlic scapes, chopped 1 cups basil, chopped 1/2 cup pine nuts 3/4 grated Parmesan 1 lemon, juiced 1/2 cup olive oil (add more if necessary - I ended up using about 3/4 cup) Salt + pepper I actually made a double batch with the above measurements so if you have less definitely just half the recipe! #garlicscapes #garlicscapepesto #pesto #cooking #gardening
