I had an interview for a ShopRite a while ago. I told her I couldn’t work right after Christmas due to a trip. She tried to get me to cancel the trip and it was the trip I was getting engaged LOL. So glad I walked out of there.

Say what you need to say to get hired. Spend the 90 day probationary period toeing the line. After that, change your off days to Sunday and Monday. Worked every time.

I use to ask people in interviews which weekend day they preferred working? I wouldn’t make people work both days unless they didn’t mind or I needed the coverage.
