I developed CPTSD due to my parents complaining about sleep as a grown adult it still affects me. Of all things?! I sleep too much or I am awake too late or I've slept in too much. Be grateful that's the thing you're complaining about! We know biologically teenagers hormones means their sleep is already out of whack. Give your child some grace.
