Losing 1-2lbs a week is pretty good for a sustainable/safe weight loss plan so I’d say you’re doing pretty good. Just be careful with the weekly check ins it can be detrimental to your mental health 🩷

Girl inbody can be so off depending on how hydrated you are, what you ate, if you got enough sleep, etc, if you want it to be more accurate make an appointment to get a dexa scan! But also I am like you and want immediate results lol but try to just stick to everything out of spite for like 3 months then retest and you'll probably be much happier with your results haha

Please don’t be too hard on yourself. Your accomplishments are incredible and you always absolutely annihilate anything You put your mind too. Also, you 100% put on muscle which is heavier than fat.

I would say with the inbody machine, I would recommend once a month. You can see better how your body is reacting and what adjustments to make.
