In the end, I decided I wanted her to experience the entire princess makeover the way Disney intended—from getting her hair styled to the final princess reveal. From the moment we walked into Disney’s Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, the Fairy Godmothers made her feel like royalty. I was a little nervous when they had to take out her ponytail a few times to start over, especially knowing how tenderheaded she is. But the stylist was incredibly gentle and patient, and my baby girl handled it like a champ. They explained every product they used in her hair, walked me through each step, and even sent us home with the brand-new hair accessories they used during the makeover. This experience was about $230 without the shoes, and you’ll also need a ticket to Magic Kingdom (additional $160) since the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is inside the park. It’s definitely an investment, but after seeing the smile on my baby girl’s face, I’d say it was worth every single penny.
