Let’s see… I actually don’t get headaches. I get head pressure, the ground tilts, I spin and puke every 2-3 minutes for hours until I pass out. I’m taking $200/month worth of supplements and medication so that doesn’t happen. But I still get smoke smells, like there’s acres burning. I run to pee only to drip, drip done. I can’t sleep, I can’t look at fast moving objects. The sun in and out of the trees while driving? That is a disaster. Shucking corn? The freaking corn on the cob is too much of a pattern and triggers a migraine. What did I leave out? Oh, cold, then so hot my entire body is instantly soaked. No body regulation. What else?

It’s definitely not “just a headache” it’s like someone hit you in the head with a baseball bat and you can’t see right and are dizzy and nauseous and… sorry I could keep going

I say “honey it’s not just a headache and I deal with these so many days a month, I could easily deal with a headache. Try dealing with the predrome, aura, attack and postdrome. It’s pure hell and not just a headache, but I wish it was.”

“I get headaches too. Just drink more water.” Buddy trust me if that was what fixed it I’d be a camel. Don’t even get me started on the headache remark. I WISH it was a headache. Headaches are a cake walk compared to this.
