In De Pere wi they will send you tickets in the mail and the state or Wisconsin will prosecute you off a false claim from someone. They’re all corrupt and they will give disorderly conduct tickets for any kind of loud or obnoxious behavior like this which are misdemeanors in Wisconsin. It’s sickening behavior. Oh and don’t forget the De Pere police department in Wisconsin will also break into your home without a warrant and say they have every right to do so because a crazy ex girlfriend lied and said it was her place so they had the right to do so. 🥴 make it make sense how they can get away with it.
