To my knowledge a charge card has to be paid in full at the end of each month. A credit card is a revolving credit line and you can pay a minimum instead of the full amount each month

Having an Amex will absolutely help build your credit. What are you talking about? Just pay your statement balance off every month. My gold has helped my score a ton.

Strip away the marketing buzzwords, it’s still a credit limit. As in there is a limit to how much you can buy on credit. Sure, it operates differently (algorithm based variable limit) than a traditional hard-capped limit. But saying “fundamentally they do not give you a credit limit” feels disingenuous.

they cooked my card lmao. i resell lots of different items first month i ran up 7K spent and paid it off in time no issue. right after i paid it they paused my card and gave me a limit a couple of days later 3k limit 😂
