@cnn: Vice President JD Vance appeared on “The Joe Rogan Experience” episode that aired Wednesday where he discussed the Trump administration’s handling of the communications around the release of the Epstein files. Vance told Rogan then-Attorney General Pam Bondi “overstated” what they had. Bondi has previously defended the handling of the release.

He's dangerously good at code switching. We saw it at the debate with Walz and we've seen it the last few weeks. He's the opposite of Trump, who will always be the exact same every time, because he can't be anything else. He's just enough for people to think, "wait, this guy seems like he's listening and seems reasonable." I'm not saying that's who he is. I'm saying he knows exactly what to be for different audiences, to an extreme degree and somehow just genuine enough, more so than any politician in recent memory.
