It makes sense to put it in Kumasi because they need a large expanse of land to host the plant and accommodation. And there aren’t many areas in Accra or Tema with large pieces of land.

If the Boankra Logistics Terminal was completed, this would’ve been so much easier to open up Ashanti and the middle belt for mega industries. It’s so sad that politicians continue to play with it. Not even the Prempeh Airport is fully completed. Various hospital projects in Kumasi are left in bushes. Kumasi has enormous potentials but Successive governments are not ready to untap the full potentials of Kumasi for some reasons.
