Surrell is probably the most “Michelin” place I’ve been to in Seattle that isn’t omakase or Canlis. Haven’t been to Archipelago, Atoma, or Café Juanita yet.

I would add The Corson Building, the vibe is so cute, food was delicious, wine pairings were great, it's on the pricey side but not crazy, especially if you aren't drinking

I Spent 400 at hamdi somehow.. their steak was not worth it being 200+ also super overpriced tbh I think the ambiance is what you pay for not the food

Archipelago, cafe Juanita, canlis for its legacy, kamonegi, altura are all on my list to get to at some point but am usually priced out of for the time being 😮💨 😂

IMO Waz is the best meal in Seattle. For Steak El Gaucho and Asadero are quite good. La Mar in bellevue has incredible Peruvian ceviche. It's not very pricy but I really like Bar Mirriam. Dolar Shop is fun.
