@justinfreakin: Video Shows Arrest Of Kroger Shooter In Houston HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A victim and a shooting suspect were both shot Wednesday afternoon inside a Kroger grocery store in Cypress, Texas, in what Harris County Precinct 4 called a domestic violence disturbance. Constable Mark Herman posted to social media about the incident around 3 p.m. local time. He said shots were fired inside the Kroger at the intersection of Mason Road and Cypresswood Drive in Cypress, just northwest of Houston, and that multiple people were hit. Responding authorities got to the scene quickly. A Harris County Precinct 4 spokesperson told KHOU that two people, both male, were shot. One walked out of the store with injuries, while deputies found the other inside the store with multiple gunshot wounds. Both of the people who were shot were taken to a hospital. Based on the preliminary investigation, the shooting stemmed from a domestic violence disturbance, Herman later posted to social media. He said the victim is in serious condition and was taken from the scene by Life Flight, and that the suspect sustained a gunshot wound to his neck.
