If the system stays over water, development into a depression or Tropical Storm #Bertha is possible into early next week. Odds of development remain LOW at 20% from the National Hurricane Center. Whether it develops or not, this feature will likely enhance rain coverage in North-Central Florida and the southeast U.S. coast.
