In Mississippi all unattended death investigation reports are reviewed by a grand jury. This is strictly procedural and doesn’t prove that any evidence exists.

All the videos I’ve seen that say why did they leave him behind? I would never leave. My friend behind. Makes me realize that they left him behind which makes it they didn’t have anything to do with that. Where’s all the kids from the island that are not these three boys so you can’t have it every single way they left him on the island and then suddenly it’s their fault that something happened to him. Once he was left on the island, those three boys are done and if there’s no crime, there’s no reason for a grand jury.

Yesss but often times than not… the grand jury will indicate bc no exculpatory evidence is showcase just the evidence against the defendant, which often time leads the grand jury to indict

I honestly think they can’t find any foul play and they want the grand jury to help try to find anything to put the blame on someone. Because why hasn’t she released his phone? Why isn’t the autopsy being released? Why hadn’t anyone arrested?
